Quality Control Process
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials, including Grade A plywood, leather, and ceramic basins, are checked for durability, color consistency, and defect-free quality. Electrical components are certified, and plumbing fittings are high-quality and defect-free.
In-Process Checks
Components are monitored during assembly for frame stability, stitching quality, fittings, upholstery alignment, and electronic functionality to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Final Product Testing
Each finished product undergoes electrical testing, function testing, water circulation testing, and detail inspection. Every product receives an independent QC report.
Packaging QC
Products are securely packed with protective materials and labeled to ensure safe delivery, reducing damage during transport.
