Raw Material Storage :

Leather

We maintain stock of popular leather colors to accelerate production. In addition, we offer different leather textures to meet customers’ customization requirements. Most of the leather we use is mid-to-high grade, meeting UK fire-retardant standard BS 5852, and offering durability, stain resistance, and antibacterial properties. We also provide premium-grade leather for customers who require customized options.

Wood

We use Grade A plywood, 12–15mm thick, to ensure structural stability, strong load-bearing capacity, and long-term durability. Every piece is carefully selected and processed in our factory to maintain consistent quality across all products.

Metal

Galvanized iron, as a key component of the product framework, provides strength, durability, and reliable load-bearing capacity. We use 1.2–1.5 mm thick square tubes in the main structure to ensure stability, durability, and safe load-bearing. This selection guarantees that the furniture can withstand frequent daily use while maintaining structural integrity and long-lasting performance.

Foam

We use only brand-new foam in all our furniture, with a density of 25–45 kg/m³ to ensure comfort, durability, and consistent performance. Unlike low-cost recycled or second-hand foam, our materials are hygienic, odor-free, and reliable, providing a safe and long-lasting experience for clients. This commitment to high-quality materials reflects our dedication to premium craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
